I am Marla Bautista, a Military Spouse and a mother of three beautiful, talented, and clever children. I am an Author, a freelance writer, content creator, and speaker. Volunteering within the community and telling the stories of the people who are often unheard, is my passion.

I am a woman with a harsh past. As a young child, losing both biological parents can often create irreparable emotions and a hardened personality. For me, it created a writer. Writing was my world. A world where everything was safe. I was always able to express myself most through the written word.

 

I’m fortunate that I was able to translate this ability into a blossoming career as a professional writer. I always strive to learn and develop my literary style and voice, approaching every challenge I come across as an experience to grow and develop as a writer. That’s why, in addition to working on projects similar to those I have already completed, I also seek out new types of endeavors I have yet to encounter. Today, I hope to inspire people with my story.
